From Sacramento to Boxtel, we’re building hydraulics for the future!
We’re proud to be working with Granite Construction and team on the Folsom Dam project for ACOE Sacramento, where we’re upgrading 12x Radial Gate cylinders at our production site in Boxtel. These advanced cylinders, equipped with ultra-high quality piston rods featuring Enduroq 3i laser cladding and CIMS sensors, ensure top-tier performance and reliability.
The Folsom Dam and its reservoir, Folsom Lake, are part of the Central Valley Project, a multipurpose system that provides flood control, hydroelectricity, irrigation, and municipal water supply.
Our CIMS technology, originally designed to measure piston rod positions, guarantees precise and dependable measurement across various applications, from dredging vessels to offshore platforms and civil structures like bridge systems. It enables end-users to monitor hydraulic cylinder velocities, stroke length distribution, and operating temperatures, allowing them to track and evaluate overall system performance and efficiency.
