2016 -2022

Bosch Rexroth Large Projects

 

The Large Projects activities of Bosch Rexroth in Boxtel are taken over by the Van Halteren Group.

Since acquiring and implementing large, complex projects for Bosch Rexroth is no longer seen as a core business, the Large Projects activities as well the Large Cylinder activities and International Services are sold to Van Halteren Group. With this acquisition, the Large Projects, Large Cylinders and International Service activities become part of the Van Halteren Group and leave the Bosch Group as per 1st of June 2022.

The national sales and national service organization of Bosch Rexroth will continue and focus on drive technology for industrial and mobile markets and factory automation in the Netherlands and remain part of the Bosch Group.

Both organizations will continue as independent companies, located on the same premises.

Large Projects, Large Cylinders and International Service will continue its activities as 'Van Halteren Technologies Boxtel'.

Rexroth develops multi-logical solutions to overcome the limits of single technologies, unlocking the progress in semiconductors and software for all technologies to increase productivity and flexibility.

1980 -1995

Rexroth Hydraudyne

Move from hydraulic to multi-technology provider
The company expands its portfolio with electrical drives and controls, axial piston pumps and motors, linear and assembly technologies and develops into a full provider of industrial and mobile hydraulics.

1954 -1980

Hydraudyne Systems & Engineering

Hydraudyne, a Dutch family owned business, became a total solution provider in the hydraulic drive technology market.
