A first in the Netherlands: Bridge powered by Electro Hydraulic Actuators.
The moveable “Weespertrekvaart bridge” connects the Weespertrekvaart area with Watergraafsmeer. This bicycle and pedestrian bridge improves the connection with the rest of the city. Realization of the project is planned for the end of 2023.
The “Weespertrekvaart bridge” will be equipped with modern, maintenance-free, environmentally friendly, and energy-efficient drives.
